GUIDELINES

1. When sending a commission, you can fill in the details below:a. TYPE: (Headshot, Half, Full; Solo/Couple; Lineart/Base, Rendered)
b. CANVAS SIZE (if there's a preference)
c. CHARACTER/PHOTO REFERENCE
d. POSE AND EXPRESSION
e. OTHER
2. Mode of Payment: Paypal, Wise, or Gcash3. Down payment must be settled after the initial sketch. The rest can be paid after the artwork is finished. Until I have confirmed to have accepted your commission, please do not send any payment.4. The finished piece will be sent through Gmail in JPEG or PNG format.

PROCESS

1. I will send various sketches of the posing/blocking of the character to the client and let them chose or suggest which of the sketches they prefer. If the client already has a posing/blocking reference in mind, I will follow the reference.2. Once the posing/blocking is agreed upon, the client shall pay the down payment. I will start the sketching process and send WIPs for the client’s approval before moving on to the next stage.3. The client may ask for clarifications, suggestions or revisions during the sketching and lineart process, but any revisions during rendering stage or finalization will not be considered unless the client is willing to pay additional fee.4. Once the artwork is finalized and the client has approved, the rest of the payment shall be settled through invoice before I send the final product through Gmail in JPEG or PNG format.

1. I usually work on a piece for 2-3 weeks, sometimes a month or more; it varies depending on the difficulty of the piece.2. I am open for 3 slots only. If the slots are full, please wait again for an opening.3. Rushed commissions will have additional fee. Deadlines that are within the day or within the week are considered rushed commissions.4. Major revisions that are requested after sketch and lineart is finalized will have additional fee.5. Full refund can be requested before the commission is started. Once the process has begun, the down payment is non-refundable. Refunds after or during the finalization of the piece is non-negotiable.6. File formats cannot be requested.7. I will not accept commissions that requires me to copy or trace another artist’s work without my own creative input to it as it will be considered copyright infringement. I will only take inspiration from the references the client will send.

USAGE POLICY

The artist shall have the right to:
♦ Claim credit for the making of the artwork.
♦ Share, post or display the commissioned piece in my art pages for portfolio or promotion purposes.
♦ Reject a commission I deem unable to commit to for reasons I should not have to explain.
The commissioner is allowed to:
♦ Upload the artwork in their social media.
♦ Use it as promotion for personal use or business.
♦ Make prints of the artwork for personal use.
The following will be considered copyright infringement and should be avoided:
♦ Using my artwork for commercial use, reproduction or profit.
♦ Claiming credit for the making of the artwork.
♦ Making alterations to my artwork and claiming it your own.
♦ Removing or altering the artist’s signature.

2. Mode of Payment: Gcash3. Mode of Delivery: Lalamove (shipping fee will be covered by the client)4. Down payment must be settled after the draft sketch. The rest can be paid after the artwork is finished. Until I have confirmed to have accepted your commission, please do not send any payment.5. The finished artwork will be sprayed with fixative once everything is approved by the client.

I will only take inspiration from the references the client will send. Portrait drawing is exempted from this rule as it requires exact copy from the photo reference.
